Why wouldn’t I just hire a full-time designer?
Monthly plan provides a cost-effective solution for startups that need continuous design support without hiring a full-time designer. We want to be your long term design partner and be here whenver you have the need.
How do I request designs?
We use trello and slack to manage all of our requests. You can request directly on a Trello ticket, sharing a doc or wireframes, or record a video in Slack. Either way, we get to your request with speed and quality.
How many request can I get every month?
You can add as many design requests to your queue ordered by priority, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast can I get the design?
Most requests are completed in weekly sprint. Small requests can be 2-3 days. However, more complex requests can take longer. In such case, you can scope the project into reasonable milestones. If you require urgent deliverables, we are open to working according to your timeline, with a mutually agreed hourly rate.
How often can you meet?
We aim to keep meetings to a minimum to ensure affordability of our service for you. However, during the initial months, we can provide 30-minute weekly meetings at a mutually agreed rate, which is separate from the monthly plan.
How many iterations can I have?
With monthly plan, you can have unlimited iterations for your project. Simply submit each iteration as a request. We understand the complexity of building Web 3 and AI products and the importance of multiple iterations, so our aim is to deliver the highest quality design that meets your specific needs.
Who are the designers?
We are a team of highly skilled and experienced designers who specialize in various design disciplines like UX, branding, web design, animation, development and more. We mainly work on PST time zone 9-5 M-F.
Can I get a refund or cancellation?
You're free to pause or cancel your subscription at any time—just email us at li[at]studiosalt.co, and we'll handle the rest. If you're not satisfied with the design work, we'll issue a refund after removing all design files.
