Process
Our goal was to create an engaging experience—from brand identity to digital presence to offline event materials—that resonated with attendees and propelled the PayFi movement forward.
The PayFi Summit branding was crafted to embody the disruptive, forward-thinking nature of the PayFi ecosystem. We established a brand identity that was sleek, sophisticated, and futuristic, aligning with the tone of financial innovation. The color palette reflected both trust and modernity, with bold blues and metallic accents conveying stability and cutting-edge technology. The typography was a clean, sans-serif typeface, giving a contemporary feel that would resonate with both startup founders and institutional investors.

To amplify the brand, we developed a dynamic visual language that could be used across all assets, both digital and physical. This included conference graphics, animated motion elements, and a logo that symbolizes connection and momentum within the PayFi ecosystem.
The digital experience began well before attendees arrived at the Mandarin Oriental in Singapore. We designed a sleek luma page that communicated the vision of the PayFi Summit, highlighted key speakers, and made registration simple and intuitive. The site was optimized for both desktop and mobile to accommodate our global audience, offering a seamless interface for users to learn about the event and register without friction.



Offline, we focused on ensuring a consistent experience from the moment guests arrived. At the venue, we created a variety of physical touchpoints—including signage, banners, and custom-designed stage backdrops—that brought the brand to life in the physical space. The stage design complemented the intimate yet impactful nature of the event, with large-format visuals that supported the keynote presentations and spotlights without overwhelming the audience.
Attendees were greeted with custom-designed welcome kits, including branded notebooks, pens, and informational material outlining the agenda. The visual consistency across all materials helped reinforce the brand identity while giving attendees something tangible to remember the event by.





The PayFi Summit’s agenda was meticulously curated to provide ample opportunities for genuine engagement—something we supported through our design choices. Instead of cluttered panel discussions, we emphasized four visionary keynotes and ten killer project spotlights. Each spotlight was designed to visually captivate the audience, with bold slide templates that put the focus on the content while maintaining a sleek design aesthetic.
To foster meaningful conversations, the physical environment also played a role. Lounge areas were styled with branded decor, creating informal spaces that invited attendees to connect, share ideas, and expand their networks. The buffet dinner and cocktail reception areas were designed to feel exclusive yet comfortable, encouraging a relaxed flow of conversation as participants explored the next frontiers of PayFi.
To maximize the impact beyond the event itself, we collaborated with a professional video production team to capture high-quality footage of all keynotes, spotlights, and panels. The content was then edited into compelling clips for use in post-event marketing—ensuring the energy and insights from the summit reached an even wider audience and continued to inspire long after the event concluded.
The PayFi Summit branding and experience design helped set a new standard for industry events. Attendees praised the innovative format and thoughtful design elements that made the event feel both high-quality and approachable. The seamless integration of branding across digital and physical touchpoints ensured that the PayFi Summit stood out—not just as another conference, but as a memorable milestone in the growth of the PayFi movement.
